Market to Table Cooking Experience 2025

Join us for our most popular cooking class, where we guide you through Hungarian flavours via our local Market Walk and hands on family style authentic cooking class!

(Please note that the evening option of the cooking class doesn't include the Market Walk as the Market's closed at that time.)

Our Cooking Tour combines a market walk at the Central Market Walk as well as a family style cooking class in true Hungarian Fashion.

We'll meet at the Central Market Hall and take a short walk around the market, learning about Hungarian history, cuisine, and culture while tasting some of the flavours of Hungary.

After the Market, we'll head over our authentic Budapest apartment, where a selection of mouth-watering snacks, like sausages, salamis, dips, and cheeses, are waiting for us to taste before we begin our cooking class.

Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking - we'll prepare a traditional Hungarian dish together, where our guide walks you through every step of the process. It can't be a Hungarian cooking session without wine and good stories, and finally we'll conclude the experience with a really special souvenir.
